Open Spotify's privacy settings. Sign in at spotify.com/account/privacy in a web browser. The phone app doesn't have this page.
Tick Extended streaming history. Scroll to “Download your data”. Tick “Select Extended streaming history”. You can untick Account data; you don't need it.
Press Request data. Spotify shows a confirmation and sends you an email.
Confirm the email. Open the email from Spotify and press “Confirm”. Nothing happens until you do.
Wait for the download email. Spotify says it can take up to 30 days. When it's ready you get an email with a download link that works for 14 days.
Download the zip and drop it here. The file is called my_spotify_data.zip. Don't unzip it. Upload the whole zip.
